First comes love
Then comes life *we were handed the opportunity of a lifetime. We were asked to adopt our unborn niece in 2008, so we held off on the marriage until after the adoption was final. We adore this wonderful addition to our family. She is perfect in every way.
Then came Rebecca in the baby carriage!
Finally, in 2010... then came marriage
We waited for the adoption to be finalized before we strolled down the aisle. We have been friends for many years, but our marriage just meant that we would now share our whole lives, legally. The cost of the adoption sort of wiped out any wedding funds we had set aside, but there are absolutely zero regrets about how our lives have turned out.
Today we are celebrating 6 years of friendship and 2 years of marriage. We still have an entire life time of happiness ahead of us...
